Aaron Gonzales

CEO

Aaron has over 15 years experience in the Automotive Industry. Having worked 10 years at Massy Motors Ltd in positions such as After Sales Account Executive, Sales Manager & Operations Manager during his tenure, his knowledge & experience is vast. He also has over 10 years experience in the Events & Entertainment industry and has planned and executed several major events in Trinidad & Tobago. Holding a Mechanical Engineering Diploma as well as a Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Marketing, he brings a unique technical & Strategic approach to any operation

Brittany Gonzales

Director – Operations & Risk

Brittany has over fourteen years experience in the Financial Services / Risk industries, twelve of which was focused in External/Internal audit, Regulatory due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, Compliance transformed reviews, IT audits, Enterprise Risk Management and others with an overall combined experience of eight years at PwC. As a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the Institute of internal Auditors, she stays abreast of fraud risks globally within the industries we serve.

A firm believer in constant improvement she holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School which helps her identify key opportunities and innovative ways to approach the way we work as a Group. With a wealth of knowledge on fraud risk, risk mitigation, internal controls and overall assurance services, she brings a unique set of skills that help ensure our process are agile and adapts with risks as they change.

Ancil Gonzales

Director

Ancil is a Senior Data Engineer / Unit Supervisor at Schlumberger, USA and serves as a Director for Trini Build it Solutions and as a non-executive Director for the group.

Allan Gonzales

Director

Allan is the Managing Director of Trini Build it Solutions with 20 years in the industry, his attention to detail and excellence sets him at the top of his class. He also serves as a non-executive Director for the group.
